Creative Sessions focuses on exploring arts and lifestyle creativity to inspire your imaginative and artistic expression. Beneficial if you are looking for new creative outlets to distress, bring joy and aliveness to your everyday life or bond with a significant person in your life in a group session

Therapeutic Sessions aimed for self-discovery or a specific issue that you are struggling with. My approach is eclectic tailored for your unique experience and perspective, to make the needed change in your day-to-day, to live harmoniously with yourself and others; using a creative process, mindfulness practices and somatic techniques when ready.
Our time together takes place
in-person, in nature, in your home or studio if you prefer and occasionally online.
